A guéridon, the mobile cooking cart used in French dining service, is part of the restaurant's character. Emad wanted to bring preparation and presentation back to the table, and the tradition extends to bananas Foster and crêpes Suzette. The business takes its name from his wife Kay's family and moved from uptown to SouthPark in 2020.
Oysters Bentley come with creamed spinach, béarnaise and a Parmesan-panko crust; the loaded version adds crab and bacon. Seafood mains include Dover sole with lemon-caper beurre blanc and scallops with lobster risotto and black truffle. Steak au poivre takes a pepper-crusted prime strip into cognac cream sauce, with truffle fries alongside.
Caviar service and larger steaks put dinner in the premium price range, while lobster preparations add another option for a more elaborate meal. Châteaubriand is listed for two with vegetables, potatoes and tableside bordelaise. The bar opens an hour before dinner service, giving guests time for a drink before settling into the dining room or outdoor patio.
