Paco's Tacos & Tequila

The bar lists more than two hundred thirty tequilas, with beers drawn from Texas, Mexico and the Carolinas as other drink choices. The official website provides a SouthPark reservation link separate from the newer Kingsley restaurant.

Volcano Queso folds bacon, scallions, onion and poblano peppers into melted cheese, then adds pineapple pico de gallo. Enchiladas de Dennis combine roasted chicken, spinach and cheese beneath queso, avocado and red pepper crema. The wood-fired grill supplies chicken or skirt steak for fajitas and quesadillas, while vegetable fajitas offer another main-course option.

Taco plates give several choices of filling and shell: tinga chicken, carnitas, grilled or fried fish and shrimp can go into flour tortillas, corn tortillas or lettuce cups. Red rice, citrus-chipotle slaw and a choice of beans complete the order. Most taco and enchilada dinners are moderately priced, with steak fajitas at the more expensive end of the posted menu.
