Skyland's Big Bad Pickle Burger is a more elaborate lunch choice, stacking two beef patties with provolone, American cheese, fried pickles, ranch, and the usual vegetables. The sandwich list also includes a rye patty melt and double-decker clubs, with fries accompanying those diner standards.

Dinner can revolve around Southern sides such as collard greens, fried okra, macaroni and cheese, or rice and gravy; three- and four-side plates come with bread. Seafood orders include flounder and Calabash shrimp with coleslaw, a potato choice, and hush puppies. Those options give the moderately priced menu considerable room beyond eggs and burgers.
