Owner Craig Barbour opened the café in 2017 after working in catering and food trucks. The Southend Drive location remains the original café, distinct from the business’s newer expansion plans. Prices run from inexpensive smaller breakfast sandwiches to moderately priced wraps and bowls. Coffee, cocktails, wine, and nonalcoholic choices make the visit flexible beyond the food. Evening service is offered Tuesday through Saturday, but the kitchen closes an hour before the café; Monday and Sunday have earlier closing times.
