Chad Heinicke and Jack Morrissey opened Zämbies in December 2023. In a Saturday visit reported in June 2026, CharlotteFive writers Tristan and Jamie Graziano described music filling a ten-seat shop, with families and strollers alongside customers folding enormous slices. That account captures the close quarters and lively setting more clearly than the size of the pizza alone.

Not Another Pasta Wheel layers cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, ricotta and black pepper over an olive-oil base. Sleeping Beauty moves toward roasted red pepper, onion and balsamic drizzle, while Buffalove combines chicken, green onion and ranch. A moderately priced slice lets you try one preparation without committing to a much larger whole pie.

Garlic knots are sold as Zämbombs, with a vegan version also listed. Sweet Sinnabombs use maple, cinnamon sugar and vanilla icing.
